Is the property suitable for all ages?

One Sandringham Villas is a beautiful Victorian holiday home and welcomes families. However please note the staircase is very narrow (spiral staircase) and therefore may not be suitable for young children or elderly.

Is the property dog friendly?

We love dogs, and you're welcome to bring one or two small-medium sized dogs with you. Please note - One Sandringham Villas has a small outside courtyard area rather than a garden. Dogs may need to be taken for a walk to go to the toilet, and there are plenty of scenic walks nearby including grassed areas and a beach.

Is there parking at the property?

No, One Sandringham Villas is does not have parking at the property but we do have one (free) designated parking space, approximately a 5 minute walk away. Directions and parking information will be shared before arrival. There is also nearby street parking and a car park close by (both are ticket controlled), but spaces cannot be guaranteed.

How is the property accessed?

One Sandringham Villas is perfectly situated in town, directly opposite Tunnels Beaches. The front door is accessed directly from the pavement.
